The design was: "The Design was excellent because it highlighted some of the be st features of the project. The designs and color of the inside cover and lead page reflected the medieval period that is a characteristic of a portion of the building being described in the book."
The best thing about the service received was: "...a willingness to find a creative way of highlighting the text and the illustrations. The staff was also open to our suggestions of possible solutions to these problems."
Measurable results: "There has been great interest in the book by continuing sales. A chapter of the book was selected for publication in the Berks County Historical Review... The Design also won a Platinum Hermes Creative Award."
How goals were met: "Our goal was to present an accurate history of Francis Hall as a contribution to the 50th Anniversary celebration of the University. We also wanted an attractive presentation of that history. I believe this project met that goal very well."

Additional Comments: "I don't think this project could have been done any better than it was. From the very beginning, we were receiving remarks about how beautiful it was and there was great anticipation for the final result. We were not disappointed!"
